Boutique Policies

  • There are NO refunds. Please be certain of your choices before submitting your order.
  • Exchanges will only be honored in the event an item is damaged upon receipt. You must send a photo of the damaged piece, along with a brief description of the damage, to thedivas_boutique@yahoo.com within 48 hours (2 days) of the confirmed delivery date. Include “Damaged Item” in the subject line. 
  • If you receive a damaged piece of jewelry and are granted an exchange, the item must be returned to The Divas Boutique within 5 days damage confirmation.  Shipping will be at the customer’s expense. Once the item is received, you will be sent a replacement if available. If item is not available, you will receive a store credit. 
  • Please allow 3-4 business days for order processing before it is shipped. 
  • Once a tracking number has been provided for your order, we are not responsible for any lost or stolen items. Tracking confirms the responsibility of The Divas Boutique delivering your item(s) as promised; thereafter, the liability falls solely on the post office.
